SHIPPING POLICY

At Gabsters, we take pride in crafting high-quality leather goods that are built to last. Because our products are made in limited batches and often made to order, we ask for your patience and understanding as we ensure every item meets our standards before it leaves our workshop.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at team@gabsters.shop to discuss potential accommodations.

Delivery Estimates

  • United States: Our products are made to order, current lead time is 6-8 weeks after order is confirmed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and package weight. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available periodically.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Gabsters is not liable for delays or charges caused by customs procedures.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our priority is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your Gabsters product. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment, but if you experience any issues, we are committed to resolving them promptly and professionally.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Includes all original packaging

  • Was not a custom or personalized item

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, email team@gabsters.shop with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Supporting photos, if applicable

We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund as necessary.
